"Really helpful trainers"
The trainers are super clear when they explain stuff, which made the workouts feel way less scary for me. I was nervous at first, but they keep things simple and easy to follow. Definitley a good experience

"Good Structure, But Not Quite Amazing"
I used SWEAT for a few months, the workouts do work if you stay consistent. I definitely felt stronger, and I liked having a plan to follow instead of guessing what to do each day. That said, some of it started to feel a little repetitive after a while, almost like they were stretching certain programs out to keep you subscribed longer. A few workouts also felt way tougher than the level they were labeled as, so I ended up modifying more than I expected. Overall, it’s a solid app and I can see why people like it, but it didn’t completely wow me. I think it really depends on what kind of training style you enjoy

"I’ve been liking the workouts overall, and…"
I’ve been liking the workouts overall, and the app layout is easy to get around for the most part. That said, it does freeze on me sometimes, and the videos can take a little while to load, which gets annoying when you’re ready to start. I also think saved programs should be easier to find, seems like a basic thing that should be quick. It’s not a bad app at all, it just needs a few practical fixes to make the experience better

"I downloaded Sweat mainly for the workouts, but…"
I downloaded Sweat mainly for the workouts, but wow, the community is what surprised me. I didn’t expect to care about that part so much, but whenever I’ve felt stuck, people have jumped in with helpful tips and just been genuinely nice. No judgement at all, which is kind of shocking online lol. It really helps me keep going, even on those lazy weeks when I want to quit. So far, I’m really happy I gave it a try.

"Helpful Demos, But a Bit Fast"
The exercise demos are definitely helpful, especially when you're trying to figure out the right form. But some of the moves felt a little rushed. How are you supposed to follow along properly if it jumps to the next thing too quickly? Overall, it’s useful, but I wish a few parts slowed down a bit.

"Made getting back into workouts feel less intimidating"
I’ve been using Sweat for a few months now, mostly in the mornings before work if I can manage it, and I really like that it doesn’t just throw you straight into super intense workouts. I was out of shape when I started, so I picked a lower level, and it actually felt doable instead of making me want to quit by the second day. I’ve tried apps before where I basically gave up before I even learned where everything was in the app. With this one, I can move up when I feel ready, which takes a lot of pressure off. The different fitness level options make the whole thing feel way less scary.

"Canceled eventually, but not exactly smooth"
I did manage to cancel in the end, so I guess it worked out. But finding the right page was more annoying than it needed to be, and support took a while to get back to me. Not the worst experience, but I wasn’t thrilled either.

"Good meals, but a bit repetitive"
Some of the meals are good, honestly. But after a while, a few of them start to feel kind of the same, if that makes sense. And not everything is super easy to make either — some take more fussing around than I expected. Overall it’s decent, just not always as simple or varied as I hoped

"Totally worth it if you actually use it"
For the price, sweat has been super worth it for me. I used to pay more for all these random workout plans, and they’re basically always scattered and annoying to follow. With this, I’ve got programs, meal ideas, and tracking all in one place, which makes it way easier. I use it about 4-5 days a week and somehow still haven’t gotten bored, which says a lot because most fitness stuff gets old fast. The yearly plan feels fair if you’re actually going to stick with it

"The fitness app I’ve actually stuck with"
Over the past few months, I’ve tried a handful of fitness apps, but Sweat is the one I keep coming back to. Every Sunday or Monday, I can look at the weekly plan and know exactly what I’m doing, which saves me from wasting time figuring it out. I like being able to check off workouts and see my progress build up over time. I definitely still have days where I skip, especially during busy weeks, but it makes it easy to jump back in the next day without feeling like I’ve completely fallen off...

"Straightforward Pricing"
The price was clear from the start, and there weren’t any weird extra charges added on later. I’ve dealt with places before where the final cost suddenly jumps, so it was nice to have everything laid out this time.

"I’ve been liking Sweat so far, mostly because…"
I’ve been liking Sweat so far, mostly because it actually tells you what equipment you need before you start. Like, dumbbells, mat, bench, or nothing at all, it’s all right there, which makes me wonder why some workout apps make that feel like a surprise. Most of the workouts I’ve tried don’t need much, so it works well in my small apartment. And if I don’t have something, I can usually swap it out or just pick a different session. It makes working out at home way less frustrating. Happy with it overall

"Sweat Keeps My Workout Life From Falling Apart"
sweat has been such a lifesaver for keeping things interesting. One day I’m doing strength like I’m training for some epic comeback, the next I’m slowing it down with yoga, and when my schedule is chaos, I can still squeeze in a quick workout. It never really feels boring, which is kind of a miracle.

"I was a little nervous about…"
I was a little nervous about getting into workout stuff, but sweat has made it way less intimidating than other fitness apps I’ve tried. The beginner programs are easy to follow and don’t make me feel like I’m already behind before I even start. I like that I can go at my own pace instead of feeling pushed too hard. For someone who isn’t super fit yet, it’s been a really nice way to ease in...

"Still seeing progress months later"
I’m kind of surprised I’m still keeping up with my progress months later. I expected the results to fade off after a while, but things have stayed consistent. I also reached out to support once, and they basically said something like, “Just keep following the routine and give it time,” which ended up being accurate. Overall, it’s been a much better experience than I expected.

"Better than I expected for quick workouts"
I didn’t expect to get that much out of workouts that are usually around 30 minutes, but SWEAT has surprised me. They don’t take over my whole day, so I can squeeze one in before work or even while dinner is cooking. I also like that I don’t have to overthink anything, I just open the app and follow the plan. For the amount of time I’m putting in, it feels like I’m getting a lot back. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"I really like how Sweat lays out all…"
I really like how Sweat lays out all my workouts and progress in a clear way. It makes it easier to keep up with everything and not wonder about this or that, like whether I’m actually improving. It’s just been helpful for staying consistent.

"Sooo reliable"
This app has been sooo solid for me. It never crashes, and the workouts load really quick, which makes it super easy to just jump in and get started.

"Makes it Way Too Easy to Stay on Track"
I really like how the programs are set up. I can’t even blame myself for overthinking anymore because I just open the app and do whatever it says for the day. The weeks build up in a way that actually makes sense, and it feels organized without turning into some confusing mess. It’s been a lot easier for me to stick with it.

"Helpful, but the replies took a while"
The replies were definitely slower than I expected, but they were helpful once they got back to me. Would I have liked faster responses? Of course. But at least they actually answered my questions and helped sort things out
